Renaissance Payment Solutions LLC is responsible for this informational Digital Front Door page and the communications described here. This notice covers this page and its linked informational policies. Other pages on our domain may have different features and notices. We do not accept Project Orders, payments, customer account registrations, project uploads or onboarding through this page. Contacting us by email does not place an order.
Visiting the page
Netlify hosts the website. Delivering a page requires processing technical connection and request information. Hosting and security systems may retain technical records under their applicable service settings and obligations. We do not describe this page as collecting no data or keeping no logs.
The informational page itself contains no contact form, advertising pixel, optional analytics script, embedded third-party media or external font. Links to its policies and styling use the same website. These statements apply only to this informational release, not to every page on the domain. Your browser may send cookies previously set elsewhere on the same domain. Email links open your own email service; they do not submit a website form.
Email and information you choose to send
If you email us, we receive your email address, the name you provide, message content and any attachments you choose to include. We use Google Workspace for business email. We use the information to respond to inquiries, handle privacy or security requests and legal notices, prevent misuse, and keep necessary correspondence records. Do not send passwords, bank or card details, recovery codes or sensitive project access information by ordinary email. This page provides no secure project-upload channel.
Access and sharing
Access is limited to authorized personnel and service providers supporting hosting, business email and security for the stated purposes. Netlify and Google Workspace process information through their applicable services. We may disclose information when required by law or reasonably necessary to address security, protect rights or resolve a dispute. This informational flow does not sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising. Any future purchase or project workflow requires its own verified disclosures before activation; Stripe is not an active payment processor for this page.
Retention and deletion
We keep inquiry and request correspondence only as needed to handle the matter, document our response, protect security and satisfy applicable legal or dispute requirements. We assess deletion when the purpose ends, subject to a lawful hold. Hosting and email providers may retain operational records or backups under their applicable service settings and obligations; deleting an RPS copy does not promise immediate removal from every provider backup. We do not promise a specific provider log-retention period in this notice.
Requests and security
For access, correction, deletion, privacy questions or security concerns, contact insights@renaissancepaymentsolutions.com. We may request proportionate verification before disclosing or deleting information and will respond as required by applicable law. Some records may need to remain for security, legal obligations or disputes. Rights that applicable law gives you are not reduced by this notice.
We use access controls and reasonable safeguards appropriate to the service. No transmission or storage method is completely secure. The page is intended for restaurant businesses, not children. Do not send information about children or unnecessary sensitive information.
Changes and contact
Material changes will be reflected in a dated version at /digital-front-door/privacy. A future customer-order workflow will not be activated on the basis of this informational-only notice.
