Website attribution and privacy

Renaissance uses limited first-party attribution to understand which sources and content help visitors reach useful pages and requested services.

What the website records

The site may store random, opaque browser and session identifiers, an opaque campaign or content reference, page paths, business-relevant funnel steps, and timestamps. Browser continuity is limited to 30 days. Previously recorded server-side attribution history is retained separately so aggregate source, content, and funnel behavior remains measurable.

The attribution identifiers contain no name, email address, phone number, restaurant name, or readable customer record identifier. Renaissance does not use browser fingerprinting, device fingerprinting, or third-party cross-site identity matching for this purpose.

When you identify yourself

If you voluntarily submit an approved Renaissance form, attribution associated with that browser or session may be connected to the information you provide when the connection is supported by that submission. Earlier events remain recorded as unidentified at the time they occurred; the later connection is stored separately.

Identification is not unrestricted marketing consent. Communication permission, marketing consent, channel permission, suppression, and deletion requests remain separate controls.

Google Analytics

Google Analytics receives behavioral events and approved opaque attribution references. Renaissance does not send names, email addresses, phone numbers, restaurant names, form answers, or customer records to Google Analytics.

Your browser preference

Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals disable this first-party attribution continuity. You may also disable it in this browser below. This stops future browser continuity and does not delete historical server records. Deletion or anonymization requests are handled separately.
